QC Analyst
£25,000 and upwards DOE

Monday to Friday

37.5 hours per week

Permanent


Main duties and responsibilities-including but not limited to:

  • Inspection and batch release of finished goods and incoming componentry.
  • To carry out line inspections in adherence to product quality requirements.
  • To identify and control any anomalies or defects in products.
  • Conduct chemical testing of incoming raw materials and in house produced solutions in a timely manner.
  • To monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products in accordance to client specifications
  • To log/write reports and documentation, including certificate of analysis.
  • To communicate with staff in various departments where required
  • Identify any areas within which processes can be improved
  • Problem solving
  • To assist with any QC document changes and document control.

Key Skills:


  • Previous experience in a QC role
  • Able to work effectively in fast paced environments
  • Able to work methodically and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Analyst
