We are currently recruiting for ad-hoc reception cover for couple of clients based in easy reach of Newcastle City Centre.

Working between 830am and 530pm

Meeting and greeting visitors

Signing in visitors and advising of health and safety for the buildings

Issuing car park permits

Handling postHandling inbound calls and redirecting where required

Ensuring seating areas are clean and tidy

Strong customer service and administration experience required.
