About Our Client:


PageGroup have partnered with an well established Not for Profit organisation in Bradford with a permanent opportunity to join as an HR Administrator.

This role offers training and support, as well as long-term development opportunities.

My client manages more than 30 different housing, training and support services across Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees and North Yorkshire.

They work with people experiencing a wide range of circumstances, including homelessness, drug and/or alcohol issues, ill-health, unemployment and domestic violence.

We work with young people, older people, refugees, Gypsies and Travellers, people with disabilities and people with offending histories.

The HR Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support for all HR matters
  • Working closely with the payroll team
  • Processing new starters
  • Input and maintenance of data for all HR systems
  • Covering off the payroll side of the new starter process.
  • Covering any basic queries and manage the HR inbox

The Successful Applicant:


The Successful HR Administrator will have:

  • Good verbal and written communications
  • Friendly, approachable and reliable.
  • Happy to work as part of a team or on own initiative when necessary.
  • Commitment to Equality & Diversity.
  • A willingness to work within a HR function and undertake any further training required.
  • An understanding of payroll processes would be desirable

What's on Offer:
