Reed Education Oxford are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our school in Oxford.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our SEN students and helping them reach their full potential.

You will work alongside teachers and other professionals to develop and implement teaching plans, and provide individualsupport to students.

You will need to possess a strong understanding of SEN, PMLD and SLD and the ability to use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the needs of our students.

You must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and have excellent communication andorganisational skills.

The successful applicant should have a recognised qualification in SEN or equivalent experience. A DBS check and two references will be required.
