A well established firm in Tunbridge Wells are looking for a Commercial Real Estate lawyer to join their team.

The firm is modern-thinking and one which prizes itself on client-care, the firm have its roots in Kent and prides itself with their place inthe community.

The firm are searching for a candidate who wants to build a career, with the role being an excellent opportunity for progression.

The role itself will encompass a varied caseload, including acquisitions and disposals, lease work, investmentand development, asset management, landlord & tenant and more.

As the successful candidate progresses within the company, more emphasis will be put on business development and networking.


The successful candidate will:

  • Ideally be 3+ years' PQE.
  • Have strongclientfacing skills.
