Description

About The Role:

_Are you passionate about strategic data insights and using them to identify emerging needs and drive improvements that make a positive impact on children and young people's health and wellbeing?_ If so, you could be just what we are looking for.**Compass is a high impacting and innovative Health and Wellbeing Charity contracted to deliver community-based early intervention and prevention services for children, young people, and families. Having recently doubled in size, we are at the forefront of delivering highly advanced integrated models of care across a range of emotional health and wellbeing support needs including lifestyle behaviours.

Our contracts are commissioned through Integrated Care Boards and Local Authorities. Compass' current service footprint is the Midlands, Yorkshire, Northwest, Lincolnshire, Lancashire, and London.

Through delivery, we bring national policy aims to life - drawing on our collective expertise and understanding of the interdependencies between health and wellbeing issues, and how to prevent or intervene earlier with greater impact.

Our mission is for all children and young people, from all backgrounds, receive the right support at the right time and can achieve their true potential.

We are seeking to appoint a Head of Data Insights and Intelligence role (2 years fixed term with potential for the role to become permanent) to drive a strategy driven approach for data across Compass.

About You:

You will be part of a values-driven and collaborative organisation, leading a skilled team of analysts and technicians in the strategic development and delivery of data systems and performance reporting across all services and departments including Senior Leadership Team and Board.

You will lead with an analytical and supportive style and have a track record in building effective relationships with key stakeholders.

With demonstrable leadership and interpersonal skills, you will inspire and motivate your team to be successful through a collaborative, business partnership approach.

You will be adept at identifying internal and external customer data needs, translating these into data strategy and conveying complex management information to a wide range of stakeholders.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have a track record in strategic performance data insights and data management, evaluation tools and methodologies as well as Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.

You will have extensive experience of robust investigation, analysis and challenge of data using this to inform and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for a forward-thinking leader, ready to help shape and drive our strategic data approach as we continue to grow and develop.

If you have the passion for our mission and the vision to join us on this exciting journey, we would love to hear from you.
