About the Job
This role is accountable for providing values driven support to our line managers on complex individual employee relations issues. You will be responsible for ensuring that people policies are fairly applied across the organisation and within employmentlaw.

Pay Rate:£325 PAYE or £437.16 umbrella per day.

  • 6 months

Key Accountabilities, Skills, and Experience

  • Support our line mangers by providing timely and values driven specialist advice on high risk / complex individual ER issues.
  • Identify trends in cases for the Senior Manager
  • Employee Relations Partnering so that insight is provided.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all actions and documentation relating to cases being managed through to conclusion.
  • Relevant and uptodate knowledge of current employment law and ACAS best practice.
  • Experience working with Trade Union's in a partnership approach and advising line management.
  • Communication skills highly effective written and presentation skills at all levels.
