TSO requires a sales assistant to generate new business customers in and around the Birmingham area. Your main duties are to provide exceptional customer service, engage with potential customers daily and encourage potential customers to try our fantastic products through the Doorstep service.
The Sales Assistant role is vital for showcasing the TSO brand and generating new customers.
You will bring daily moments of joy and care today, tomorrow and for generations to come by introducing potential customers to our fantastic products.
This will be achieved by living our values; you will do what's right, build collaborative relationships with your team and support the growth of the business and take ownership through exceptional customer service.
Tasks include:
- Achieve and maintain your agreed target level of new customer numbers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all potential customers
- Doortodoor selling into ever changing and expanding territories, maintaining KPIs.
- Effectively identifying and closing new sales opportunities using your training and product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with your sales team, including morning 121s with salespeople.
Be an Ambassador
- Live the TSO values in your daytoday duties and tasks.
- Always present an excellent image of yourself and the company in a positive and proud manner.
- Always conform to the company standard of appearance.
About You:
No experience is required as full sales training is provided; however, the following are vital to succeed.
- You will need a full driving license and need to have the use of your own car
- You must have exceptional customer service
- A positive, clear communicator who can make a connection with potential customers
- Be motivated and target driven
- Be reliable and able to work collaboratively
- You need to be someone who believes that the more effort you put in, the more reward you should get.
Salary:
£380.00-£500.00 per week

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)

- Birmingham: Relocate before starting work (required)
