Job Duties:

Making outbound factfinding calls to existing database of business customers.
Responsible for keeping CRM system up to date.
Taking inbound calls from existing customer and new enquiries.
Taking customer service queries.
Support and administrating.

Skill requirements:


Apprenticeships are very demanding; you're working towards a qualification whilst working full time You'll need to be committed and motivated as there is lots of self-guided work involved.

Other Requirements:

GCSE or equivalent English and Maths grade 4/C or above
UK Residency (MUST have lived in the UK for 3 years+)


After the Apprenticeship:

You could progress into Office Supervisor/Team Leader (with an increase in salary) or consider other options, just take a look;
