Are you a passionate Health and Social Care Trainer Assessor looking to secure their next opportunity?


Trigon Recruitment are working with a leading training provider within the West Midlands region who are looking to recruit a Health and Social Care Trainer Assessor in time for the new academic year.


Role Overview


Training and Assessing students on the L2 Healthcare Support Worker apprenticeship, working alongside a dynamic and dedicated team committed to student achievement and progression.


You will also deliver a diverse range of courses within Health and Social Care, ranging from Entry 3 to Level 5.

Working with programs like Access to Health, Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care, and the T Level offer.


You will also play a crucial role in promoting and supporting mandatory placement and work-based learning experiences for your learners.

You will be actively involved in maintaining the quality and standardisation of programs. You'll collaborate with colleagues to develop resources and materials that enable team facilitation and enhance our curriculum offerings. You will also be a personal coach for diverse learner groups across the curriculum.


Essential Criteria

  • Hold a Health and Social Care related degree/master's qualification.
  • Possess significant vocationally related experience within the Health and Social Care sector.

Essential Experience:


  • Previous experience in the apprenticeship sector
  • Excellent knowledge of Apprenticeships, including Standards and EPA
  • Quality control, systems, and procedures
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Work Based Learning and Apprenticeships
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices
