When you see the world as we do, you understand what we can achieve together. Above all, you see the important role you can play in securing a brighter tomorrow.

We have an exciting opportunity for an
Internal Communications Manager to join our UK and Ireland team.

If you're an experienced communicator looking for a new challenge, this could be your chance to help shape our planet's future.

What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, you will
oversee major campaigns, help to
evolve our current internal channels and practices, and
develop junior colleaguesinto the communications leaders of tomorrow

Your work will be both
strategic and tactical, encompassing project planning, communication strategy, measuring outcomes, drafting leadership messages, masterminding video content and so much more.

But
we want an innovator as well as a communicator to engage and excite our people.

With so much technical information to share with our people, you'll need to be able to
inject vitality into each and every message you create to make them engaging and inspirational.

You'll also have to really enjoy getting to know our people, because they will be your customers.

Networking and maintaining relationships with colleagues will be a priority; and as the gatekeeper of our communication channels, you will need to be able to
get to the 'why' of each message we deliver.

But it's not all about copywriting, conversations and camera angles. Numbers are crucial to our communications, too.

An understanding of how to
analyse the success of our messagesand what our metrics tell us for future communications is critical.

Delivering all of this means you'll be a self-starter; you'll need to manage your own workload while keeping an eye on your direct reports' projects.

But you'll be
part of a phenomenally supportive team.
  • One that cares about you, your wellbeing and your development. Whatever we take on, we do it together.

What are we looking for?
