A position has arisen for a temporary Administrator. This is a full time position until the end of March 2023.Reporting to the Office Manager, the post holder will provide administrative support to the Operational Team at Kings Mill Hospital, Newark General Hospital and Mansfield Community Hospital
Responsibilities:
- Ensure subcontractor purchase orders and uplifts are actioned in a timely manner and in line with financial policies.
- Keep all databases/spreadsheets related to the above activities up to date.
- Liaise with our subcontractors in relation to timescales for completing tasks and ensure service sheets are received as evidence of completion.
- Close down tasks following receipt of service reports/sheets ensuring these are scanned into the Concept system prior to the closure of the ticket.
- Ensure Concept is kept up to date regarding task interruption information and produce reports as requested.
- Communicate with Maintenance Supervisors/Team Leaders in relation to task interruptions and agreed timescales.
