Description
Intel UK is looking for a talented, energetic and fun individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant and Office Manager.
It's exciting times for the Programmable Solutions team, with the latest announcement that the group will become a multi-billion dollar standalone FPGA business over the next 2-3 years, unlocking stakeholder value and accelerating growth.
Our programmable products are found all around us and change lives across many segments including medical, AI, factory automation, video and vision, broadcast, robotics, wireless, cloud, radar and automotive.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support for the local leadership team
- Serving as a goto point of contact for site wide and executive communications
- Managing and improving daytoday operations at our Marlow and Basingstoke sites, ensuring efficient and well organized environments that we're all proud of
- Acting as point of contact for office enquiries and visitors, coordinating and partnering with reception staff
- Planning and executing office events, celebrations, and teambuilding activities to create a fun and vibrant office culture
- Helping organize community outreach initiatives, including local school technology sessions to inspire the next generation in STEM
- Assuming overall ownership of administration functions, including shipping, site wide meeting organization, room configurations
- Working with vendors to ensure smooth operation and facilities are well maintained
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A positive and energetic attitude with a flair for promoting a fun office culture
- Bachelors degree is desirable but not required
