Here at Stafford House International, we have a great opportunity to become part of our admin team, supporting our academic programme, within our fun and vibrant summer school on a contract basis.

This is a full-time contract position, that would suit a junior administrator who is able to demonstrate their ability to prepare and support the day-to-day running of our school.

We're based just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Canterbury, easily reached by public transport.

Here's some of what's involved:

Working up to 48 hours per week depending on the needs of the school each week
Collecting all registers and inputting attendance data onto the inhouse database.
Responsible for marking tests and inputting the results onto the database.
Preparing student ID badges ready for arrival day, updating notice boards and communications in the school
Photocopying, Data entry, Running reports & filing.

Some of what you'll need:

Be available from 24th June for 5 weeks
You'll need to have excellent customer service skills; this is a very busy school with lots of students.
You must have some experience of administration; this could be related to university or similar.
Good IT skills, be organised, professional and being able to adapt to change.
Friendly and professional communication skills are vital.
You must have the right to work fulltime in the UK
