What you will do:


  • Managing a portfolio of 100+ properties
  • Pretenancy work
  • Maintenance projects
  • Managing tenancy renewals
  • Carrying out inspections
  • Organising inventories, check in & outs
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords daily
