Main Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the company's products, services, and sales processes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Engage in facetoface interactions with potential customers, building rapport, and showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, meet customer demands, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Effective verbal and written communication to engage and connect with customers.
  • Motivated by achieving sales targets and driven to exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques, products, and market trends.
  • Aptitude for identifying customer needs and finding solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a highpressure sales environment.

Salary:
£24,162.78-£26,015.15 per year
