Seven Education is looking for an Senior SEND Officer in Torbay
The role:
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated, and knowledgeable individual to work within the Special Educational Needs Service.
As a Senior SEND Officer you will be focused on strengthening relationships with families and settings, co-producing solutions and implementing and overseeing pathways of support for children and young people.
You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the multi -disciplinary process of assessing children's special educational needs and Education, Health and Care Plans in accordance with current legislation and timescales.
You must have a comprehensive understanding of the SEN system, being able to work across a range of education provisions and multi agency departments.
You must be able to work in a restorative way, building on success and taking all partners with you aswe improve our SEND services across our Local Area.
