THE COMPANY:
Our client, a trading firm based in the City are looking for a Payments Operation Administrator to join the team.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working directly with variety of banks and online payments service providers.
- Support day to day management of all processes and procedures relating to clients' settlements, reconciliations and clients reporting.
- Assist with the onboarding of multiple new payment service providers
- Carrying out a range of data entry/processing
- Responsible for the daily payment transactions processing (fund in/out).
- Ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner,
- Support the Head of Payments Operations in adhoc projects as required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- University degree in Economics, Banking & Finance, Mathematics or any other relevant filed.
- 1+ years of experience in a Financial Services/Banking
- Experience in backoffice operations, Banking administration, payments administration is essential
