Are you an Employability Worker with a passion to work in the community enabling others to unlock their potential?
If the answer is yes, Compass' Employment Support Worker may be the role for you.

As part of our Employment Team, delivering our 'Get Healthy Get Working' employability and wellbeing programme you will work on both a 1-1 and group basis, delivering training to build participant's confidence as well as developing their skills and knowledge to increase employability.

The successful Employment Support Worker will have;- Experience of providing information advice and guidance, developing individual action plans for people seeking employment

Experience of working with clients who face multiple barriers to gaining employment
Level 3 in Information, Advice and Guidance/equivalent qualification or substantial relevant experience
An absolute commitment to working holistically and empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals
