Responsible to:
Engagement & Inclusion Lead

We are looking for a passionate, hardworking and innovative individual to work as a Project Navigator on our Money & Me project.

Through research we know that there is a clear link between mental health and money.

This project will deliver a service which will provide financial wellbeing support to people living with a mental health condition.

The Project Navigator will work with colleagues, partners and individuals within local communities across Lancashire.

The post holder will work with people who use our services, delivering one to one and group coaching activities, involving wider stakeholders to deliver a service which provides support to improve the financial wellbeing of people with a mental health condition.

This will involve looking at ways to reach more people from diverse and marginalised communities and engaging with individuals and groups to improve services.

There will be a focus on building relationships in the community to establish signposting links and referral pathways.

To excel in the role, you will be able to demonstrate how to motivate, inspire and engage a wide range of people and be proactive in your approach.
