Description
SNSG are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team of Football Safety Stewards.

As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all spectators during football matches and other events held at various stadiums throughout the West Midlands.


As a Football Safety Steward, you will be responsible for monitoring the crowd and ensuring that everyone is in compliance with various safety regulations.

You will need to be able to confidently deal with any unexpected situations that may arise, such as crowd disturbances or medical emergencies.


Furthermore, you must be able to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations, and demonstrate sound judgment when making decisions.

A strong commitment to customer service is also essential, as you will be interacting with spectators on a regular basis.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. College Degree preferred.

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required. Must be able to follow instructions and work independently with little supervision. Must be able to work in a highvolume environment with many demands and multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, sit, and stand up tall while working in high volume environments. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push pull, climb stairs regularly throughout the day including at peak hours when serving customers. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and only occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 5-16 per week


Salary:
£10.90-£12.00 per hour
