Description

The advertised post is to replace a previous Consultant specialising inLower Limb Arthroplasty Surgery with a special interest in Revision Knee and Soft Tissue Knee Surgery.

The successful applicant will join a team of 23 Consultants providing a wide range of elective and acute services.


They will be expected to participate in the provision of Acute Services on a1:20 on call within a paired system.


Within the Trust following a merger with Hinchingbrooke Hospital, all inpatient elective operations are carried out at Hinchingbrooke Hospital while all acute services are carried out at Peterborough City Hospital.

Day care elective surgery is carried out at both sites.
