Job description:

Working part time 13.5 hours a week.

We are looking for an A-Player who is a highly efficient professional and brings a good sense of humour to the team and patients.

You will primarily provide dental treatment, oral hygiene instruction & education, administration.

This includes working towards improving and maintaining the dental health and operational fitness of entitled personnel.


Person specification:


Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Managing the patient appointment system.
  • Ensuring their surgery is prepared appropriately for the day's patients in accordance with current regulations
  • Being proficient in the use of the electronic healthcare record system and other IT systems to ensuring patient are available to the clinician during treatment. Ensuring all records are maintained appropriately and correctly stored or disposed of on completion of treatment.

Qualifications:


  • Certificate/Diploma in Dental Hygiene or Bachelor in Science (BSc) in Dental Therapy

Selection process details:

The salary will be pro-rata where part time hours are undertaken.

There will be no reimbursement for any travel expenses for the interview.

If found successful for this position, you will be required to provide evidence of your immunity to Hepatitis B. Failure to provide evidence of your immunity may result in the offer of employment being withdrawn.


There is no requirement to deploy as this is met by our uniformed personnel, but you will form the continuity of care required by our patients when based at home.
