They are enhancing East Midlands businesses and communities and are looking for a talented Employment Advisor to join their expanding team to help with this process.

Roles & Responsibilities

Interacting with community organisations, NHS, Universities and colleges
Promotes and creates an awareness of our products and
Assists with delivery staff with interventions, including inwork support and checks
Records all activity with businesses on the system
Assists with events, exhibitions and open days as and when required
Booking and participating in appointments with new customers

Skills & Experience

Employability, sales and/or customer focused background
Good communication skills
Build strong relationships
Can work independently
Thrives on challenging targets
