Job Title - Accounts Junior

Hours - Monday - Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm and Friday 8.30am-3.30pm

Salary - £10,050, increasing after the 1st year.

Contract - Full time, Permanent role

Location - Emtec Head Office Uddingston

BRAND NEW exciting opportunity for a Accounts Junior to join their team in Uddingston

Key responsibilities

  • Reception duties.
  • Mail distribution.
  • Prepare and maintain excel spreadsheets.
  • Process delivery notes for all Group Companies.
  • Adhoc general office duties e.g. supplies & stationery, filing & scanning.
  • Other duties as assigned by the purchase ledger manager.

Key Requirements

  • Good numerical skills.
  • Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good verbal communication with all employees and suppliers.
  • Capable of working with mínimal supervision once trained.
  • Competent with excel and other Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
