Salary £26,000 - £38,000 plus either company car or car allowance
We are working with a market leader in the highways maintenance industry to recruit a Supervisor.

The role of the supervisor will be to deliver Capital Programmes in line with Contractors Plan, ensuring works are planned, permitted, delivered, costed, and all value claimed whilst adhering to H&S rules/policies.

The programmes that the supervisor will carry out will be carriageway patching and surface dressing programmes in line with contracts with the local authority.

Key Responsibilities;

Site supervision
Site measurement
Produce CDM construction phase plans then ensure all safety procedures carried out on site
Ordering of plant and materials on daily basis
Undertake site inspections/inductions prior to work starting
Assist in preparation of weekly cost and value reports.
Maintain site diary
Working closely with clients and supply chain partners
Manage subcontractors on site
Either patching or surface dressing experience (required)
Strong IT literacy
Knowledge of and able to implement H&S policies
Managing site works
Driving license (required)
