Inside Sales Associate, you'll help us deliver what matters to our customers and clients every day.
With your keen eye for spotting business opportunities and passion for incredible customer service, you'll play a key role in expanding our services and maximising revenue.
The location for this role is flexibile, but would be based in a UPS Facility.
This fast-paced, dynamic role will encourage you to use your professionalism and people skills to develop our business and grow in your career.

Your Tasks
- Grow new and existing business, offering every customer a firstclass experience
- Secure new customer accounts, integrating them smoothly into our operations and supporting them to fulfil their logistics requirements
- Maintain and monitor customer records and revenue to provide valuable business insights
Your Skills
- Proven businesstobusiness outbound telesales experience
- Logistics and supply chain experience is preferred, ideally within freight forwarding
- Excellent organisation and communication skills with experience creating and delivering presentations
- The ability to work well on your own and as part of a team
- A passion for showing initiative, solving problems and hitting targets
- Project and time management skills
