Role and Responsibilities

Developing relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions (Compliance, IT, Accounts, Payroll, Business Development)
Establishing partnership working with key stakeholders to ensure provision of staffing to fill vacancies
Maintaining own pool of locums/workers carrying out regular communication and continually improve your knowledge on their roles and vocations

Key Attributes

Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ambitious with a tenacity to succeed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sales and negotiating skills
IT proficient MS office etc
