Description
Slater and Gordon are currently recruiting for a Customer Administrator to join our Administration Department based in our Liverpool office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven admin experience to join a leading Law firm. The hours of work will include shifts between 8am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.Responsibilities to include:
- Screening callback requests to ensure these are routed through to the correct team
- Setting up new cases on Data entry system
- Independently prepare letters, attendances, and internal memoranda as appropriate and provide effective support, guidance and delegation to colleagues.
- Adopting a flexible approach to assist with any other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested
About You:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office for processing queries
- Proven experience in an administration environment
- Professional approach
- Good organisational skills, strong prioritisation skills and adaptability
- Ability to cope in a fastpaced environment
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
