How do you fit in?


The role of HR Administrator is to assist the wider HR and Talent team in the provision of a comprehensive HR administration service relating to the employment lifecycle, supporting, and reflecting the organisation's core values, aims and objectives.


What you'll be doing day to day

  • Ensure all employment contract administration is maintained and up to date
  • Conduct 121 HR induction meetings with new colleagues
  • Ensure all colleagues have the necessary right to work checks
  • Respond to reference requests for current or ex colleagues
  • Administer, and support the Company reward and benefits schemes
  • Provide administration support for employee relation and performance management cases
  • Support the HR/Talent team in administering Company ATS system and recruitment process.
  • Ensure the HR Database and other HR related systems accurately reflect all colleague terms and conditions
  • Ensure that all payroll instructions are correct and updated in time for the monthly payroll run and submitted to Finance
  • Provide reports from the HR database for the purpose of auditing and monitoring colleague data and training
  • HR database annual cleansing
  • Support Finance with annual audit process in relation to HR queries
  • Audit and review HR database and documents
  • Identify system/process improvements to support greater automation and efficiencies
  • Provide administration support across HR projects
  • Manage HR inbox for escalations and queries

What you'll bring to the table
Experience within a HR related position/exposure to HR practices

**Please note this a 3-month temp to perm role, full-time.
