Land Surveyor - Freelance - 12-month contract - Norwich


Very good opportunity to work on a large project which will last a good 12-18 months in duration and is Outside IR35 or paid CIS.


Our client is seeking a Land Surveyor on a freelance basis to assist with a large project for one of their key clients.


Key responsibilities for this Land Surveyor role:

  • Reporting into the Project Manager
  • Management of method statements and risk assessments
- checking and processing of design models

  • Drone flights if qualified
- overseeing all of the engineers and machine control


Experience required for this Land Surveyor role:

  • CSCS Card and in date
  • Other site tickets needed
  • Earthworks experience is a must
  • Able to use different software's and kit
  • GPS experience, Topographical surveys experience for Earthworks

Package offered for this Land Surveyor role:

  • £300
  • £375 per day
  • Outside IR35 or CIS
  • Long term 1218 month contract
