We are currently looking for a recruitment consultant ideally who are based near Stroud

The Recruitment Consultant will have the chance to be part of a successful growing company with great career prospects as well as having fun along the way You will have the opportunity to take on some warm client accounts in the engineering sector and we have some flexibility on hours worked/ hyrbid working.

Day-to-day the Recruitment Consultant will:
Communicate with people of all levels who are searching for new roles

Experience in recruitment, preferable in a similar field to engineering/ construction. (or a fast paced sector EG Industrial temp)

A strong work ethic and enjoy in a fast paced and challenging environment

The ability to work in a team-focussed environment where everyone supports each other

The desire to develop into a more senior role within the company.

A positive, proactive attitude and like to have fun
