Administrator

Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing general administrative support to the sales and lettings teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases using our CRM system
  • Preparing marketing materials and brochures for our properties
  • Organising and scheduling viewings, valuations, and appointments
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Assisting with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the property industry is desirable but not essential

Salary:
£22,000 - £26,000 + commission

Full time / Part time.
