Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the sales and lettings teams
- Maintaining accurate records and databases using our CRM system
- Preparing marketing materials and brochures for our properties
- Organising and scheduling viewings, valuations, and appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Assisting with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of the property industry is desirable but not essential
Salary:
£22,000 - £26,000 + commission
Full time / Part time.
