Security and Electronic Solutions Ltd specialise in design, installation and maintenance of CCTV systems and intruder alarms, security gates & barriers, access control & attendance monitoring systems.

Based in Maidstone, Kent, SAES was established in 2010 to provide advanced security and monitoring systems, combined with exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• 1st line Technical Support Assisting engineers and clients with technical queries and product issues. Checking technical portals for faults.

• Stores Support

• Ensuring equipment for engineers is correct, suitable and ready for the team.

• Specification Review

• Reviewing sales documentation preinstallation to ensure the detail is correct for the installation teams.

• SSAIB/ISO9001 Accreditations

• Working alongside the office and engineering teams to ensure compliance and conformity to SSAIB and ISO9001 Standards.

• Returns

• Managing and organising replacement parts and returns under warranty.
• Consignment stock management.
• Prebuilding of equipment and solutions when required.

Technical Requirements
Ideally your experience should be from the security industry with an understanding of installation with a good working knowledge of equipment from the following manufacturers

• HIK Vision

Paxton

Honeywell Galaxy

Pyronix

Texecom

Risco

In our opinion this role would suit an installation or service engineer that is looking for a less demanding role than a role on the tools and a structured place of work with fixed hours.

There would also be an occasional need for some overtime and site visits.

£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
