Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Administrator to work on behalf of a client specialising in debt recovery and purchasing.

The position requires you to work out of a busy office in Truro.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing financial data with excel spreadsheets
  • Managing our database of debts
  • Providing E-Mail based customer service
  • General administrative duties

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent I.T skills (especially with Excel)
  • Attention to detail
  • A professional, businessoriented outlook
  • The ability to stay focused under pressure and consistently produce excellent results
  • Previous administrative experience is essential for this position, but training will be provided
The position is on a full-time permanent basis. Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with approx. 1 Saturday per month for 4 hours.
The salary for this position has an OTE range of £19,500 - £23,400. This does not include bonuses, which you would be eligible to receive after 3 months training.
Attendance is critical to what our client does, so it is a fundamental requirement to qualify for departmental bonuses.
