Requirements:

The Head of Demand Marketing is an essential leader in the Gravity Sketch marketing team.


A player, coach and experienced marketing leader, you will employ research, creativity, and collaboration to develop growth and account based strategies to increase acquisition and grow pipeline.

Experienced in developing new go to market motions while guiding diverse cross-functional teams and counterparts, you will leverage this strength to successfully develop agile marketing plans to fuel growth at Gravity Sketch.


In this role you will define and deliver our demand generation campaigns and account based programs across marketing and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Product to achieve targets.

You will play an essential role in defining a marketing roadmap, setting targets, and resourcing in support of efficient growth and account based marketing program execution.

You'll maintain accountability for the efficacy of strategy and programs on a financial and execution basis, analyzing and reporting on impact.


Responsibilities

  • Align with Revenue teams on goals and strategy to create and convert demand for Gravity Sketch through campaigns, events, sales plays, and account based marketing programs
  • Deliver hightouch account based experiences that delight and engage prospects and customers while growing product adoption in our target accounts
  • Partner closely with Product and Content marketing to define and deliver go to market programs that drive adoption of Gravity Sketch with our target audiences
  • Communicate and maintain accountability and visibility for demand marketing performance and delivery on shared revenue goals

Requirements:


  • Considerable experience leading growth, demand generation, or account based marketing in a SaaS company
  • Strong forecasting and budget management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability and desire to own tactical program delivery and strategy development
  • Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking to internal and external audiences
  • Ability to lead in a crossfunctional environment to deliver results and collaborate comfortably at all levels of the organization
  • Salesforce, Marketing Automation, and analytical acumen
