Be Personnel and our client are happy to announce the vacancy of a Kiln Operator on a temp to permanent contract basis.

Working for our client, the worlds largest Atlantic Salmon producer offers great exposure to a globally operating business


Responsibilities include:

  • Rinsing trolleys of fish
  • Weighing trolleys of fish and recording weights against tare weights
  • Taking of Temperature controls & recording on CCP controlled Documents
  • Plan & Manage workloads within a small team
  • Move in a controlled process trolleys of fish
  • Use of programmed Kilns
  • Smoking / Cooking of fish through Kilns
  • CCP Cooling controls
  • Inputting data on PC
  • Mixing of dusts to specification
  • Cleaning of Smoke Generators

Required skills:

Schedule:

  • 12hour shifts
  • 4 on 4 off days and nights
  • 5.30am 6pm / 6.30pm 6am

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

£12.86 per hour
