Description
Our client is a leading Maintenance company, they are seeking Work Planner on a Part-Time basis to provide co-ordinate maintenance activities.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, they will make contact to confirm requests and issues that need to be resolved by the maintenance teams.
As the service coordinator you will log client requests and create cases, monitor, control and manage these works to ensure these works are planned using the service planner on a daily basis.
You will also liaise with maintenance staff to meet client expectations and objectives, you will then plan their daily activities, then communicate and issue of work orders to field based engineers either via our electronic job issue system or telephone as required.
You should have a working knowledge of computer packages; Word, Excel and Outlook.
It's important that you have good customer services experience and display excellent telephone and communication skills, ideally this experience will have been gained in sectors such as Social Housing, Maintenance or FM.
You will have experience organising workloads, be able to respond quickly to changing priorities and often under pressure remain focused and able to meet deadlines.
