Purchase Ledger Clerk - TEMPORARY COVER

  • Salary: £25k per annum
  • Location: Bolton

Key Duties:

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining purchase ledgers across multiple companies.
  • Matching, batching, coding, and logging invoices every month, addressing any queries.
  • Ensuring timely authorisation of invoices to make payments within terms.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and handling related queries.
  • Sending remittances to suppliers.
  • Collaborating closely with other members of the finance team.

What We Need:


  • Experience in a similar purchase ledger role.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bolton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- purchase ledger: 1 year (preferred)
