FTE £40,000-£52,000

Part Time or Full Time

Remote with trip to Nottingham office once a week

2 year FTC
Are you an experienced HR Project Manager who has an analytical approach to people related projects?

Are you a solid planner who is highly resourceful and able to make large scale change happen?

I am recruiting for one of Nottingham's most reputable employers to source a HR Project Manager.


You will be joining a small but perfectly formed HR Project Management team and taking the lead on a variety of projects, touching on Reward, internal processes, some systems work and large scale change management.

Due to the size of the team, this personwill need to be super resourceful and able to navigate their own way around a large organisation to build relationships and get the answers they are looking for.


This role will act as an internal consultant to a variety of business units, helping them understand exactly
why they need the change to take place and articulate what the actual issue is and identify key tangible outcomes they hope to see from the project before leading on the delivery.


You will take control of all verbal and written communications across the organisation, working closely with Directors across the business to ensure everyone in on the same page.

You will take ownership of changing business processes in line with the projectoutcomes to overhaul various ways of working and make sure the project outcomes are embedded across the organisation.

Previous experience of process updates and implementation across a large business is a must.

The role is a 2 year FTC assignment.
