ROLE OVERVIEW:

As we move to integrated services across our agency for better client experiences we are looking for a well-organised, commercially focused individual to head up our existing content teams via a
newly integrated content function that sits within our Organic Performance department.

The person will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and profitability of content initiatives, demonstrating strong project management capabilities, commercial awareness and people skills to deliver the very best content for our clients across multiple markets.


Our content offering expands; creative content, editorial, localisation and transcreation. Our content is purpose-built to help our clients rank better in search and convert more customers.


Croud operates a
hybrid working model with a
minimum of 3 days a week based in our
London office and the remaining days from home if you wish.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Oversee a range of Content Services specialists (PR, Content and Language Services) with line management of the respective Directors for those teams
  • Develop a marketleading Content Services proposition, integrating existing processes across the teams that sit within the Organic Performance department
  • Identifying new opportunities to introduce new workflows to deliver performancedriving content for clients on time and within budget
  • Management of our existing content P&Ls, understanding the EBITDA of the teams and our revenue targets to deliver commercial growth for the agency
  • Raise the awareness of our product and proposition to become known in the market helping Croud become known for our content capabilities
  • Help identify areas where we can scale our usage of the Croudie network across Content Services by working with our inhouse network management team on the recruitment and usage of skilled writers, editors, linguists and creatives to deliver firstclass content for clients
  • Build and drive partnerships across the Croud Group to support content requirements across our channel teams, spearheading upsell and crosssell opportunities to expand our scopes
  • Identify new technologies to improve our existing workflows and delivery, leveraging AI where relevant to improve briefing, delivery and margin.
  • Management of our existing teams, unifying our processes to deliver a seamless content experience for our internal stakeholders and clients. Leading by example at all times across process, delivery and profitability.
  • Advocate company policy and process, and support client retention. Be aware of and work toward business goals such as margin, and NPS. Complete journals daily to ensure all time is allocated to a high degree of accuracy

PERSON SPECIFICATION:


  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge and best practice approaches for project management and delivery
  • Excellent communication skills across all mediums presentation, written, and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional problemsolving and planning skills
  • Strong operational skills and a track record of managing budgets, resources, and workflows effectively
  • Proven track record of working with competing priorities and meeting project deadlines
  • Degreelevel education or equivalent/relevant work experience
  • Experience in managing individuals to meet a common goal
  • Strong interest in / passion for our content product and service development
  • Able to partner with clients in a positive and professional way with a strong sense of personal responsibility for initiatives.
  • Experience working within SEO or digital marketing
  • Strong Microsoft Office / Google Drive skills which must include Excel / Sheets, Word / Docs and PowerPoint / Slides
