We are urgently seeking a full-time Senior Carer to lead a team of healthcare assistants at one of our client's 30+ bedded residential homes in Fleet.

The position is vital to ensure that residents receive top-class care and support with daily activities, medication, personal care, and emotional support.

You will be reporting to the Deputy and Care Home Manager.

The role is available on a full-time basis 30 contracted hours per week.

Day shift patterns are either 8:00am-2:00pm/2:00pm-8:00pm or 8:00am-8:00pm, while night shifts are 8:00pm-8:00am.

As our employee, you will be entitled to a fixed pay rate of £12.50 per hour, free NVQ training, 24/7 support, an enhanced DBS (terms apply), free on-site parking, standard holiday allowance, paid breaks, and a free uniform.

The home has been rated GOOD in all areas by the CQC.
