School is located in the centre of Kirkby and is, approximately, a 10-minute walk from Kirkby Train Station.

For those that drive, it is a short 5-minute commute from the M57, and the site offers free, onsite parking for all staff.

Experience working with young people, preferably in Youth Centres or Sports Clubs;
Previous experience with challenging behaviour;
A calm but positive personality;
Skills to empower young people to make them believe they can achieve;
Excellent listening skills;
Maths and English GCSE as a minimum.
