With more than 30 years' experience and over 100 employees, we are leaders in the supply and maintenance of some of the world's finest espresso coffee machines in offices, high street coffee shops, restaurants, airports, hotels and food retailers throughout the UK and Ireland.
You will assume responsibility for:
- Maintaining an uptodate invoicing system.
- Generating and issuing invoices.
- Inputting and allocating receipt payments.
- Credit control duties: sending statements and copy invoices, chasing payments due, liaising with internal account managers, and keeping client records updated using the credit control software.
- Generating age analysis.
- Maintaining accounts receivable and customer records.
- Processing credit card payments.
- Preparing bank deposits.
- Investigating and resolving customer queries.
- Processing adjustments.
- Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.
- Assisting with monthend closing.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Experience of accounts receivable.
- Experience of office administration and procedures.
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experienced in Exchequer desirable but not a necessity as training will be given.
