Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours)


Salary - Competitive with 12% commission based on annual salary and performance

The role


We are currently looking for a dynamic Supervisor to join the fast-growing Telecoms Credit Team here at Radius Payment Solutions.

The team manages the credit collections for the vast list of Telecoms products offered here at Radius. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their people management career.

We would love to welcome you to our Belfast Office location for the days you are in the office. You'll report into the William Daynes, Credit Manager on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team.


What would your day to day look like?

  • Supporting the Credit Manager to deliver the team's targets. Ensuring ledger growth is kept to a minimum and bad debt is reduced.
  • Operational management of several different ledgers and subteams, including but not limited to;
  • Manging workloads,
  • Absence management,
  • Performance management,
  • Project management,
  • Process improvement identification and enrolment,
  • Escalation and management of risk.
  • Improve processes to ensure streamlined, efficient customer journey across all functions and products.
  • People management of the growing team across the UK, including but not limited to;
  • 121s,
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual objective setting and reviews,
  • Support, guidance, coaching, discipline,
  • Talent management.
  • Constant people development, encouraging empowerment, accountability, integrity and innovation across the team.
  • Some travel across the UK may be required.

What do we expect of you?

Key Skills/Attributes

  • Ability to motivate and drive excellent results under pressure, experience of remote management would be preferable.
  • Innovative attitude with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Data handling skills, analysis and insight to drive operational improvement and performance.
  • Flexible, accountable and honest.
  • Organised and able to work accurately within a strict timeframe.
  • Experience with Excel is preferred but not essential.
  • Approachable and supportive, experience of coaching and developing skills is preferable.
  • Good communication skills to all levels internally and externally.
