Opened in the Autum of 2023, Marsh Farm Manor in Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon, is our brand new, state of the art, purpose
- built facility - which will be home to 66 residents.


Positions Avaliable:

Earlys - 7am - 2.30pm hours)
Evenings - 2.30pm - 10pm hours)


Anchor is a Living wage foundation accredited employer, and as such our care assistants are paid £ £12.94 per hour.
Your role as a Care Assistant, will be to provide person-centred care and support for the residents.

That includes personal care, mealtimes and engagement through activities, either in groups with shared interests or on an individual basis.

You'll also be there to provide a listening ear to those who need it most.


Every day as a care assistant will be interesting and varied - all our residents are different, from their care needs to their personalities and life experiences.

What you'll do can be inspiring and hugely enjoyable, as you build strong relationships based on understanding, trust and genuine care.
