This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast paced environment, who takes pride in what they do and will take ownership of delivering a fast, efficient service.


For this role you will need to have excellent data input skills, a good telephone manner, be organised and above all, show flexibility and team work skills.

You will need a high level of concentration and will be responsible for providing an efficient and accurate service within the office.


The Role and Responsibilities:


  • Reporting initially into the Order Entry Team Leader and then to the Customer Services Manager.
  • You must have accurate and efficient data input with excellent attention to detail
  • You must have fast and highly accurate keyboard skills
  • You will be happy to carry out repetitive work at a fast pace
  • You will need excellent communication skills
  • You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team
  • You should be selfmotivated
  • You will have the ability to work well under pressure and to high standard.
  • To promote harmonious and effective working relationships both internally and externally, ensuring excellent customer service through a combination of communication team work, motivation and leadership.

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in customer service, front desk representative, or relevant position.
  • Must know how to use office machinery like a printer, faxing machine, etc.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication, written and people skills.
  • Good multitasking, time management and organisational skills.
  • Problemsolving ability with analytical skill.
  • Customer oriented and professional attitude.
  • Proven experience within a fast paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm when working under pressure in a busy and sometimes hectic environment
  • You should be enthusiastic with a positive attitude

Working:

  • 45 hours per week, MON-FRI, with alternate Saturdays with day off in a week.
  • 9:00 18:00
  • Salary: £ 11.69 p/h
  • Payment every 4 weeks
