Recruitment Team Leader - Band 5

£31,163 - £37,875 Inclusive of HCAS

Are you a passionate and experienced in high-volume recruitment in a fast paced environment Do you have a passion and expertise in helping to improve processes?

We're looking for a Recruitment Team Leaderto join our Recruitment team here at Bromley Healthcare.

This is a key role providing leadership and support to a busy team, ensuring the team and service have fit for purpose, user friendly processes, knowledge, skills and training in place to deliver a great service to our stakeholders.

The role acts as the expert for recruitment compliance and processes and ensuring that workload activity is managed effectively.


We use the Trac Recruitment system so applicants will need to have significant experience of using and administering the Trac system.


This role is ideal for someone looking for variety and responsibility and is enthusiastic about the challenges of a busy working and constantly changing environment.

You have line management experience and are highly motivated, with the ability to motivate and influence others, suggest and implement ideas to improve team performance and service efficiency and have excellent communication skills
An ability to remain calm under pressure and to achieve tight deadlines along with the ability to build relationships at all levels will help you succeed in the role


Bromley Healthcare is a community interest company providing a wide range of services including community nursing services such as district nursing, health visiting to specialist nurses, as well as therapy services for children, young people and adults.

Salary is dependant on NHS experience and current banding/pay point.
