Operations Manager
Social Housing Planned Works
£65-80k / Permanent
Here at Howells we are working with a leading property maintenance and refurbishment contractor to recruit an Operations Manager to run a Planned Works section of their business in the West Midlands.
As the Operations Manager, you will directly manage a team of Project Managers, Site Managers and RLO's to deliver Social Housing Planned Works contracts across the region.
We are looking for somebody who has experience working alongside local authoritiesand housing associations delivering and managing multiple programmes to the value of approximately £15-20m p/a.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of your business unit, commercial and contractual performance, and client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience required:
- Social Housing experience, particularly planned works and refurbishments
- Commercial & financial understanding
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst meeting deadlines in a client facing role
- Willingness to travel across the West Mids
