Grafton Banks Finance Recruitment are delighted to be partnering a successful insurance business in Lakeside, helping recruit an IBA Accounts Assistant to join their team.

This role will suit someone who has 1 or 2 years experience in a similar role.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Credit Card processing.
  • Servebase & Sagepay report running and inputting.
  • Cheque scanning/inputting.
  • Bank remittance downloading and inputting.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Daily Reporting.
  • Management of Unallocated Cash.
  • MMC (Mid-Month Calculation) preparation and report running.
  • Month-End preparation and report running.
  • Credit card refunds.
  • Liaise with auditors when necessary to assist with their annual reporting.
  • Complete online training modules and CPD log within specified time frames.

Must have:

  • Intermediate excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
